If you are accessing GetHelp from the Microsoft corporate network and you need to report a problem with the application (i.e. error message), please submit a Service Request through Support : Go to “Create Ticket”, Select “GetHelp” under “Impacted Application”.

GetHelp Express : Find the best resolution path for your issue.

GetHelp Escalation : If you can’t find a resolution through GetHelp Express, or have an urgent sales, deployment or usage blocker.
Contact Center Vendors
If you are accessing GetHelp from a Contact Center Vendor location and do not have Microsoft corporate network access, inform your Team Manager and/or use the GetHelp Support Request e-mail template provided by the Vendor Infrastructure Services (VIS) Team.
